Overview

  • Person records can have multiple names of varying types. This means that you can record acronyms, common names, preferred names, maiden names, known as, and aliases. Each name can have a date associated, so you can record when a name was changed.

  • Person records can link to one another to show familial or business relationships.

  • The Person file can connect to your other records like Objects, Events, Documents and Activities.

  • You can see a person's roles in other records by opening the Person - Roles window.
