Display Flag field

The Display Flag field allows you to select which rows of data should be displayed in reports.

Examples

• You may want only the most recent set of measurements to be used in reports or when exporting data.

• You may not want the details of some markings on an object, such as an accession number marked on the object.

This is how to select this field in Reporting.

• Select fields marked Y display only to report only data with Display marked as Yes.

• Select fields marked Y&N display for all rows of data.

You can't sort on this field.
