Correspondence History window

You can view the history of correspondence in the Correspondence History window.

How this window works

Most files include a Correspondence History window, except the Diary file.

This window displays a read-only table with a summary of related Correspondence records. The information in this window is from the Correspondence file.

You can click New to create Correspondence records which are automatically linked to that record.

You can double-click on a row to open a Correspondence record.
