Notes fields
Notes fields record additional information. Notes fields can record comments, descriptive information, explanations or references. Sometimes the field will be labeled with Description or Detail.

Field type
Internal field name
Click into the field, then go to the Help menu and click Database Information to see the internal field name.
Location
Notes fields are located in many windows in Vernon CMS.
Searching on this field
Select the name of the Notes field or select All Text in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.
Reporting on this field
This is how to select this field in Reporting.

Field (Across the page) reports: Select the name of the Notes field.

Group (Down the page) reports: Expand the name of the table that the Notes field is part of, then select the name of the Notes field.
You can't sort on this field.
