Acquisition Proposal file

You can record information about the acquisitions process with the Acquisition Proposal file in the Activities module.

Overview

• You can record the details of a prospective acquisition in a sequence of logical steps from proposal through to approval or refusal.

• It is possible to create new Object records for items considered for acquisition.

• Alternatively, if you do not want to create new Object records for each considered item, you can list them in the free text field, Item Description.
