Phone/Fax field

The Phone/Fax field records the contact telephone or fax number for the person or organisation linked to an Activity record.

How this field works

This field will auto-fill with the number recorded on the Person record. You can override the auto-filled number by clicking into the field, deleting the number and entering another.

Internal field name

Click into the field, then go to the Help menu and click Database Information to see the internal field name.

Searching on this field

Select All Text in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.

Reporting on this field

Select the field that matches the field label for the file you are using in Reporting.
