Exhibition Venue file

You can record details about physical exhibitions with the Exhibition Venue file in the Activities module.

Overview

The Exhibition Venue file works in tandem with the Exhibition Concept file. The Exhibition Venue file records information specific to the venue of the exhibition. This means you can easily record traveling exhibitions. You can record variations of objects if an exhibition is involved with multiple venues. Related Objects and Activities are linked to the Exhibition Venue record.

Any number of Exhibition Venue records can be linked to an Exhibition Concept record. Linking the Exhibition Venues to the Exhibition Concept record helps you to detect any date conflicts or excessive gaps for the linked objects.
