Deaccession file

You can record information about the deaccession process of an object or group of objects with the Deaccession file in the Activities module.

Overview

• The Deaccession file helps you track the deaccession process from proposal through to completion.

• The Deaccession file does not automatically change the procedural status of any objects it is linked to at any point. You must set up procedural control rules to prompt this to happen, or do it manually.
