Consumable file
You can create all your consumable items such as light bulbs and motor parts in the Consumable file.
How this file works
Objects often have items that require replacing. For example, light bulbs and oil filters. Because they are temporary rather than permanent parts, you can record them in the Consumable file.
The Consumable file lets you record details such as the maker, supplier, and life span of the item.
You can then enter a consumable in the Consumable field on the Object - Accessory window and Object - Physical Aspects window. You can include when they were last replaced, and when the replacement is due.
