The Object field records any objects that are associated with a record.

Reporting on this field

This is how to select this field in Reporting.

Event file

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Object.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Associated Object & Notes then select Object.

You can sort on this field in the Event file. Select Object.

Inward Rights, Reproduction & Use file

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Object.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Object details then select Object.

Outward Rights, Reproduction & Use file

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Object.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Objects & Photo/Audio-Visual details then select Object.

Other Activities files

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Object.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Object(s) and select Object.

You can't sort on this field in Activities files.
