• Object Part: Text field

• Object Part Name: Authority field (authority-assisted)

• Object Part Description: Text field

• Object Part: PART_ID

• Object Part Name: PART_NAME

Use a Select Statement.

Reporting on these fields

This is how to select these fields in Reporting.

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select these fields:

  • Part ID

  • Part Name

  • Part Description

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Parts (full details) then select Part ID, Part Name, and Part Description.

You can't sort on these fields.
