Location field (Risk and Transport files)

The Location field in the Risk Management file records where an incident took place, or where a hazardous substance is kept. In the Transport/Movement file, it records where an item is being picked up from or delivered to.

Internal field name

• Risk Management file: RISK_TYPE_LOCATION

• Transport/Movement file: PICKUP_LOCATION and DELIVERY_LOCATION

Searching on this field

• Risk Management file: Select Location in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.

• Transport/Movement file: Use a Select Statement.

Reporting on this field

This is how to select this field in Reporting.

Risk Management file

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Risk/Hazard Location.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Risk/Hazard Details then select Risk/Hazard Location.

Transport/Movement file

Select Pickup Location or Delivery Location.
