The Associated Person field records the name of a person or company associated with an Object, Topic, or Event record.
How this field works
The Associated Person field connects to the Person file.

Expand Person: all roles and then select Associated Person in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.
Reporting on this field
To select this field in Reporting:
Object file

Field (Across the page) reports: Select Associated Person.

Group (Down the page) reports: Select Associated Person (name only) or Associated Person (full details).
Topic file

Field (Across the page) reports: Select Associated Person.

Group (Down the page) reports: Select Associated Person Details.
Event file
