Map Reference field

The Map Reference field records the reference of any map of the site. Published Maps usually have a reference number printed on them, or you may have a reference library of maps, in which case each map will have a reference number.

Select All Text in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.

This is how to select this field in Reporting.

Object file

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Field Coll Map Ref.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Field Coll Map Details then select Ref.

Site file

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Map Ref.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Map Details then select Map Ref.
