Grid Reference field

The Grid Reference field records the coordinates or reference of a site, or the object's field collection location on a specific map.

Reporting on this field

This is how to select this field in Reporting.

Object file

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Field Coll Grid Ref.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Field Coll Map Details then select Grid Ref.

You can't sort on this field in the Object file.

Site file

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Grid Ref.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Map Details then select Grid Ref.

You can sort on this field in the Site file. Select Grid Ref.
