Contributor field

The Contributor field records the names of people who have provided comments in response to the object or contributed to a topic.

How this field works

The Contributor field connects to the Person file.

Examples

• Object file: A previous owner who provided information.

• Topic file: Authors, researchers and editors who have contributed to label text or a published article.

Expand Person: all roles then select Contributor in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.

Reporting on this field

This is how to select this field in Reporting.

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Contributor.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Contribution (full details) then select Contributor.

You can sort on this field. Select Contributor.
