The Caption field records a caption for a Photo/Audio-Visual record.

Select Caption in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.

Reporting on this field

Select Caption in Reporting.

You can sort on this field.

Note: If a Photo/Audio-Visual record is linked to an Object record, the caption will be displayed with the image on the Object record.
