The Associated Place field records the name of a place associated with an Object, Topic, or Event record.

Expand Place: all roles and then select Associated Place in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.

This is how to select this field in Reporting.

Object file

  • Field (Across the page) reports: Select Associated Place.

  • Group (Down the page) reports: Select Associated Place Details.

Topic file

  • Field (Across the page) reports: Select Associated Place.

  • Group (Down the page) reports: Select Associated Place Details.

Event file

  • Field (Across the page) reports: Select Place.

  • Group (Down the page) reports: Select Associated Place & Notes and then select Place.

You can sort on this field. Select Associated Place.
