The Restrictions field records any restrictions for the use of the object or photo/audio-visual media.

How this field works

You can type information into this field, or use the Options button to select restriction text that has been entered elsewhere on the Object or Photo/Audio-Visual record.

• Field (Across the page) reports: Select Restrictions.

• Group (Down the page) reports: Expand Objects & Photo/Audio-Visual Details then select Restrictions.
