Photo/AV field (Outward Rights file)

The Photo/AV field records the image involved in a Outward Rights, Reproduction & Use request.

How this field works

After you have entered an object in the Object field, if the object only has one image, it will be automatically entered into this field.

If the object has multiple images, click the Options button to choose one.
