Save a list

You can save a group of records as a list. You can use the saved list in future instead of having to find the records again.

Save a browse list

  1. With a browse list open, go to the File menu and click Save As List.

  2. In Portfolio, select a folder and name the list, then click OK.

Save a list in List Manager

  1. Open a list of records in List Manager (for example, through Advanced Search).

  2. Go to the File menu and click Save As List.

    • Optional: If you only want to save certain records as a list, select the records by clicking the numbers next to them. Then go to the File menu and click Save Selected Items as List.

  3. In Portfolio, select a folder and name the list, then click OK.

Save a list directly from Advanced Search

  1. Open Advanced Search and perform a search query.

  2. Under Search Results, click Save the results as a list.

  3. In Portfolio, select a folder and name the list, then click OK.
