Offline Location Recording tool
The Offline Location Recording spreadsheet lets you record location information while working offline. You can then use the Batch Location Change tool to import the data.
Open the tool
In File Explorer, open the Wincoll > DATA > BATCHLOC folder and open the batchloc.xls spreadsheet in Excel.
