Role field
The Role field records the role a person had in relation to the record. Role fields appear in many tables throughout Vernon CMS alongside the Person field.

Internal field name
Click into the field and press Alt+F1 on your keyboard to open the pop-up window with the internal field names.
Searching on this field
Select Person: all roles in Advanced Search. The Person Retrieval window will open and you can specify the person you are searching for, the role that a person has had in any record, or both.
Or search using a Select Statement.
Reporting on this field
Select the name of the table that the role field is part of in Reporting.
