Risk Assessment and Hazard Assessment fields

The Risk Assessment field records the severity of threat posed to the object by the risk specified in the Risk Type column. The Hazard Assessment field records the severity of the threat posed by the object to people or other objects, by the hazard specified in the Hazard Type column.
