Add a field to your published records

Learn how to include another field in the records you have already shared with another application.

Steps

  1. Click Report on the toolbar to open the Reporting tool.

  2. If you didn't already have the file open, select the file and click OK. For example, select Object.

  3. On the Report Template tab, select your XML Export report template. You may need to click More Templates to open the template from Portfolio.

  4. Go to the Edit Report Template tab and then click Select Fields.

  5. Add the field to the list of Display Fields and click OK.

  6. Click Save Template.

Additional steps for Vernon Browser

  1. In Vernon Browser, go to Appearance > Object > Collection Fields.

  2. Find the field and select Enable.

  3. Click Save.
