View your process security setup

You can view a process to see which groups and users have access to it.

Steps

1. Go to Tools > System Maintenance > Security Tool.

2. Click Processes.
   

3. With the Process Security window open, click  Advanced on the toolbar to select the process and click OK. For example, select Menu Tools XML Import.

4. View the security for the process: 
   

   • Click Users Allowed to see the users that have access to this process.

   • In the Groups field, you can see the groups that have access to this process.
