Delete a User Symbolic field

Before you delete a User Symbolic field, you should check that it's not being used by another staff member or department, by an export configuration (such as Vernon Browser), or by another User Symbolic.

Steps

1. Go to Tools menu > System Maintenance > User Defined Parameters > User Symbolics.

2. Select the User Symbolic you would like to delete.

3. Click  Delete.

4. You'll be asked if you want to delete the symbolic. Click Yes.

5. Click Save in the User Symbolics window.
