Set up a standard report

You can set a report template as a 'standard report' so that it's available from the Reports > Quick Reports menu. Standard reports are also available in their own tab in the Reporting tool.

Steps

  1. Click Report on the toolbar to open the Reporting tool.

  2. Optional: If the report template hasn’t already been created:

    1. Click the Edit Report Template tab.

    2. Set up the report template.

    3. Click Save Template.

    4. In Portfolio, select a folder, name the template, and click OK.

  3. Go to the Report Template tab.

  4. Go to the Standard tab and click Standard Report Setup.

  5. Click on the last row of the table, and press the Down arrow on your keyboard to add a new row.

  6. In the Report column, enter the name of the report template that you want to add as a standard report. Or select it from Portfolio.

  7. In the Available as a Quick Report From column, select a file. For example, Object.

  8. Click OK.
