Display guide terms

Guide terms are terms that guide you through the hierarchy. Some published thesauri contain guide terms.

Steps

1. Go to Tools > System Maintenance > Customised Configuration.

2. Go to the Authority tab, and tick Display guide terms in hierarchical displays.

3. Optional: Enter a character into Guide terms start with this character.

4. Click OK.

Note: Vernon will display guide terms in the Authority Options window. Guide term display names can be prefaced with a character you enter into the settings.
