Stop sending messages from Web Messenger

Learn how to stop Web Messenger sending messages to your application.

Steps

1. Go to the Tools menu, then Public Access, then click Web Messenger.

2. Click Configuration.

3. In Listener ID, select the listener.

4. Untick the Sending checkbox.

5. Optional: Tick the All Listeners checkbox to stop sending messages to all the listeners you have set up.

6. Click Save Listener.

Note: To start sending messages again, tick the Sending checkbox and click Save Listener.
