Stop capturing changes in Web Messenger

Learn how to stop Web Messenger capturing changes in your data.

Steps

1. Go to the Tools menu, then Public Access, then click Web Messenger.

2. Click Configuration.

3. In Listener ID, select the listener.

4. Untick the Capturing checkbox.

5. Optional: Tick the All Listeners checkbox to turn off capturing for all the listeners you have set up.

6. Click Save Listener.

Note: To start capturing changes in your data again, tick the Capturing checkbox and click Save Listener.
