Prepare your video, audio, and 3D files for public access

You can publish links to video, audio, and 3D files to an application that can display the content in its user interface. Vernon Browser can display content from any third-party app that has an embeddable player.

Types of rich content

You can add:

• Video players such as YouTube and Vimeo.

• Audio players such as SoundCloud.

• 3D components such as SketchFab.

Steps

1. Open the Object - Document References window.

2. In the External File field, enter the file link.

3. In the Category field, enter the type of file (for example, YouTube, SoundCloud).

4. Click  Save.
