Select all records in a file

You can select all the records in a file with List Manager.

Steps

With a list open in List Manager (or click List on the toolbar), choose one of these options:

  • To select all the records in the current file, go to the Records menu and click All Records.

  • To select all the records in the current file with sort criteria, go to the Records menu and click All Records (Sorted). In the Sort window, select the sort fields.

  • To select all the records in the current file except the list that is currently open, go to the Records menu and click All Records Except Current List.

Depending on the number of records in a file, it may take a while to select all the records.
