View pop-up help for an authority term

You can quickly see a description for an authority term without having to open it.

Steps

1. Click on an authority term in a field.

2. Press Shift+F1 or go to the Help menu and click Authority Term Help.

3. A pop-up window will display the description, if one has been entered on the authority term record.
