Copy objects from a linked activity

You can copy objects between linked activities. For example, you could copy all the objects from an Inward Loan record to an Exhibition Venue record. You can copy all or some of the objects.

Before you begin

Ensure the Activity records are linked to each other. See Link activities together.

Steps

1. Open the Activity record that you want to copy objects to.

2. Go to the Tools menu, then Activities Management Tools, then click Copy Object.

3. In the list of linked objects, select the objects you want to copy, or click Select All.

4. Click OK.
