Add a saved list of objects to an activity

You can add objects to an activity in bulk by using a saved list.

Steps

1. In the Objects & Activities window, in the Object table, click  Options on the toolbar.

2. In the Advanced Search window, select Saved List.

3. In the List Name field, click  Options on the toolbar to open Portfolio then select the saved list and click OK.

4. Click Finish to close out of Advanced Search.

5. In the Authority Options window, click Select All Displayed Terms and click OK.
